On this case study, I tried to Facilitated this independent project to strengthen skills in user-experience design. Analyzed the company’s current website and surveyed customers to identify opportunities to improve user accessibility and navigation.

After research, I involved the relevant stakeholders in my planning process. On this work, I had so many stakeholders that they could give me the project vision, and I got information about different type of users and their goals, competitors, the target market, relative strengths/weaknesses.
In order to represent the different user types that might using the product, site, or brand in a similar way, I created different personas for the fictional characters. Creating personas helped me to understand users’ needs, experiences, behaviors and goals. In my design process, I created personas from observations about real users. in my opinion, personas should never be invented out of the assumptions about users. Because we must map our users’ needs the design’s functionality. Then, I first clearly defined both the needs and the users.

Based upon my research and the stakeholder interviews, I had to Identified the research goals. By card sorting, I organized topics into categories that make sense to design and I also could evaluate the information architecture of the site.

I conducted thorough research to develop a new site map and implement wire framing; incorporated other factors such as journey mapping, user flow, and competitive analysis to pinpoint areas for improvement.
Then I identified repetitive navigation processes and created features to enhance the site’s overall aesthetics, with the purpose of maintaining the reputation of a luxury coffee brand while also driving online sales.
Wireframes and mockups for home page and products page- desktop, tablet and mobile view.

I improved understanding of patterns for responsive websites along with current best practices and trends in the digital space.
and designed a layout for the responsive website in 4 different screen sizes, using a wide-range of features such as creating type and object styles.
